EnhanceFitness is an ongoing, one-hour physical group exercise led by a trained and certified in fitness for older adults community health worker. The classes are held 2-3 times per week in a relaxed, fun and dynamic atmosphere. The YMCA, parks and recreation programs and others around the state offer this program which includes cardiovascular exercises, strength training, stretching and balance movements.
EnhanceFitness is the premier fitness choice for older adults. Progress will be tracked with fitness checks completed at the time of enrollment l and again at four months.
